Russ Fulcher
Russell Mark Fulcher (born March 9, 1962) is an American businessman and politician serving as the U.S. representative for Idaho's 1st congressional district since 2019. A member of the Republican Party, he represented the 21st district in the Idaho Senate from 2005 to 2012 and the 22nd district from 2012 until 2014. Fulcher ran for governor of Idaho in 2014, unsuccessfully challenging incumbent Butch Otter in the primary. He was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018, succeeding incumbent Raúl Labrador, who retired from Congress to run, unsuccessfully, for governor of Idaho. He played Bob Fossil and other characters in the British comedy series ''The Mighty Boosh'', and Edward Sheath in the American series ''Jon Benjamin Has a Van''. Kaden Fulcher (born September 23, 1998) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender for the Alvinston Killer Bees of the OSHL. David Dwayne Fulcher (born September 28, 1964) is an American former professional football player who was a safety for the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). Arthur William Fulcher (7 May 1855 – 17 May 1932) was an English businessman, soldier, sailor, and cricketer. He played seven first-class cricket matches for Kent County Cricket Club, was a member of the Royal Yacht Squadron and served in both the Royal Navy Reserve and British Army during World War I. He played college football at the Georgia Institute of Technology and then played pro ball for the Washington Redskins in the National Football League (NFL). Fulcher served as head football coach at the University of Tampa in 1971 and at his alma mater, Georgia Tech, in 1972 and 1973, compiling a career college football record of 18–15–1. Fulcher of Chartres ( in or near Chartres – after 1128; ; ) was a priest who participated in the First Crusade. He served Baldwin I of Jerusalem for many years and wrote a Latin chronicle of the Crusade. Life Fulcher was born . His appointment as chaplain of Baldwin of Boulogne in 1097 suggests that he had been trained as a priest, most likely at the school of Chartres. However, he was probably not a member of the cathedral chapter, since he is not named in the listing of the ''Dignitaries of the Church of Our Lady of Chartres''. Eric Jesser Fulcher (12 March 1890 – 14 February 1923) was an English cricketer. He played ten first-class matches between 1913 and 1921. Early life Fulcher was born at Bearsted in Kent in 1890. Barney Bubbles (born Colin Fulcher; 30 July 1942 – 14 November 1983) was an English graphic artist whose work encompassed graphic design and music video direction. Bubbles, who also sketched and painted privately, is best known for his distinctive contribution to the design practices associated with the British independent music scene of the 1970s and 1980s. His record sleeves, laden with symbols and riddles, were his most recognisable output. Early life Fulcher was born in Tranmere Road, Whitton, Middlesex (now Greater London), in July 1942. Jonathan (Jonni) Fulcher (born 22 September 1974 in Inverness, Inverness, Scotland) is a Scottish professional pocket billiards player. Byron Fulcher (born 1970) is a British musician who is the principal trombone with the Royal Ballet and Opera and the London Sinfonietta.
