Mondriel DeCarlos A. Fulcher (born October 15, 1976) is an American former professional football tight end who played three seasons with the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Raiders in the seventh round of the 2000 NFL draft after playing college football at the University of Miami. Early life and college Mondriel DeCarlos A. The tight end (TE) is an offense (sports), offensive position in American football, arena football, and Canadian football. It is a hybrid that combines the characteristics and roles of both an offensive lineman and a receiver (football), receiver.
