Franco Rossi (ice Hockey)
Franco Rossi (2 January 1916 – 3 February 2006) was an Italian ice hockey player and sports manager. Career Rossi played for Hockey Club Milano from 1937 until 1950, winning six Serie A league championships. He participated in 48 games for the Italy men's national ice hockey team, playing three world championships as well as the Winter Olympic Games of 1936 and 1948. The National League (NL) is a professional ice hockey league in Switzerland and is the top tier of the Swiss league system. Prior to the 2017–18 season, the league was known as National League A. During the 2018–19 season, the league had an average of 6,949 spectators per game which is the highest among European leagues (ahead of the KHL with 6,397 and the DEL with 6,215). The capital city's club SC Bern has been ranked first of all European clubs for 18 seasons and had an average attendance of 16,290 after the regular season. The ZSC Lions are another club in the top ten of European ice hockey attendance, ranking seventh with 9,694 spectators. Season structure During the regular season, each of the 14 teams play 52 games. Alassio ( lij, Arasce) is a town and ''comune'' in the province of Savona situated in the western coast of Liguria, Northern Italy, approximately from the French border. Alassio is known for its natural and scenic views. The town centre is crossed by a pedestrianised cobbled road known as the Budello.
