Finn Havrevold
Finn Havrevold (11 August 1905 – 18 February 1988) was a Norwegian novelist, short story writer, children's writer, playwright, illustrator and theatre critic. Personal life Havrevold was born in Kristiania as the son of wholesaler Lauritz Paulsen Havrevold and Marta Malena Nielsen. He was a brother of actor Olafr Havrevold and psychiatrist Odd Havrevold. He was married to journalist Gunvor Øwre. Career Havrevold was educated as architect, graduating from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in 1929. In the 1930s he worked as a freelance book illustrator. He made his literary debut in 1939 with the short story collection ''Det raker ikke Andersen'', about juvenile loneliness and uncertainty. His novel ''Til de dristige'' from 1946 describes a war hero who lost his girlfriend to his brother during the war. Agnes Mowinckel
Agnes Mowinckel (25 August 1875 – 1 April 1963) was a Norwegian actress and theatre director. Born in Bergen into a distinguished family, she became Norway's first professional stage director. A pioneer in bringing painters to the theatre, she used light as an artistic element, and engaged contemporary composers. She took part in theatrical experiments, worked at small stages in Oslo, and founded her own theatre. Her first stage production was an adaptation of Wedekind's play '' Spring Awakening'' at Intimteatret in 1922; subsequently she worked as stage director for Det Norske Teatret. Liv Strømsted
Liv Dommersnes (née Strømsted; 28 September 1922 – 6 April 2014) was a Norwegian actress and reciter of poetry. She was a member of group that founded Studioteatret in 1945. Personal life Liv Strømsted was born in Kristiania (now Oslo), Norway. She was the daughter of storekeeper Jørgen Andreas Strømsted (1891–1942) and Signe Beatrice Hansen (1893–1984). She was married to actor Jens Bolling (1915–1992) from 1945 to 1952, and to physician Ivar Dommersnes (1913–1994) from 1968 until his death in 1994. She was also in a secret relationship with Johan Borgen, as chronicled in her 2001 memoirs ''Alt har sin tid''.
