''Fangs'' is a slice of life Romantic comedy, romantic comedy horror comic series written and drawn by Sarah Andersen, following the Romance (love), love story between 326-year-old vampire Elsie "Vamp" and 20-something werewolf Jimmy. Originally published as a webcomic on Tapas (syndicate), Tapas for its first 76 episodes from October 31, 2019 to July 2, 2020, a graphic novel of ''Fangs'' was published on September 1, 2020 compiling the first 76 and the final 25 episodes, concluding the series with a total of 101 episodes. Sarah C. Andersen (born June 15, 1992) is an American cartoonist and illustrator best known for the webcomics '' Sarah's Scribbles'' and ''Fangs''. Currently based in Portland, Oregon, she has collaborated with artists and writers like Andy Weir over the course of her career, and has been recently noted for her public opposition to the rise of text-to-image models and generative AI illustrations. Early life Sarah Andersen was born in Norwalk, Connecticut and lived in multiple countries during her childhood, "hopping between Denmark, Germany, and Connecticut."
