Aghayev debuted at the "Bakı Payızı 1988" ("Baku Autumn 1988") musical contest where he won the first place. Faig Ahmed
Faig Ahmed () (born 1982 in Sumqayit, Azerbaijan) is an Azerbaijani contemporary visual artist who is best known for his Surrealism, surrealist weavings which integrate visual distortions into traditional oriental rugs. Ahmed graduated from the sculpture program at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts in Baku in 2004. In 2007, Ahmed's work was included in the Azerbaijan's first pavilion in the Venice Biennale, Venice Biennalle in 2013 he participated in the show “Love Me, Love Me Not” and the 11th Mercosul Visual Arts Biennial in 2018. While Ahmed has created artworks in multiple media, including sculpture, video, and Installation art, installation, he is best known for his surrealist sculptural textiles, which apply optical illusions in the form of often Psychedelic art, psychedelic visual manipulations (including warping, glitching, melting, pixelating, and unraveling) to traditional Islamic rugs. Faig Gasimov
Faig Gachay oglu Gasımov () was an Azerbaijani lieutenant colonel serving in the Land Forces of Azerbaijani Armed Forces. He had taken part in the First Nagorno-Karabakh War, the 2016 Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war, in which he was killed. He had received the title of the Hero of the Patriotic War for his service during the war. Life Gasimov was born on 10 February 1974, in the Gubadly District of the Azerbaijan SSR, which was then part of the Soviet Union. In 1981, he entered the Gayaly Village Secondary School. Faig Ismail oglu Mammadov (, ; November 27, 1929August 4, 1987) was an Azerbaijani agronomist specializing in cottonseed. He taught agricultural sciences at Azerbaijan State Agricultural University and worked in the State Land Commissariat. Early life and education Faig Ismail oglu Mammadov was born in Kirovabad, Azerbaijan Soviet Socialist Republic on November 27, 1929. After finishing secondary school, he studied fruit and vegetable growing and viticulture at Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ASAU), where he graduated with honours in 1951. He continued onto his Master's course at ASAU and wrote his dissertation under N. I. Malov. Miquel Faig i Aumallé is a professor of economics at the University of Toronto Mississauga. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Barcelona in 1979 and his PhD at Stanford University in 1986.
