''Fadanuf Fa Erybody!!'' is the debut studio album by American hip hop trio Odd Squad (now known as the Coughee Brothaz), consists of Devin the Dude, Jugg Mugg and Rob Quest. It was released on February 1, 1994 through Rap-A-Lot Records with distribution via Priority Records. Production was handled by Carlos "DJ Styles" Garza and Rob Quest with N.O. Joe and Mike Dean. The project's loose party atmosphere is further represented on the cover artwork, which is a light parody of Ernie Barnes’ famous painting ''The Sugar Shack''; the latter is best known for its inclusion on the cover of late, great soul legend Marvin Gaye's 1976 album ''I Want You'', and was additionally parodied by retro-blaxploitation hip hop innovators Camp Lo on their classic 1997 debut album ''Uptown Saturday Night''. Rap-A-Lot is a hip hop record label co-founded by James Prince and Cliff Blodget in 1986. Smoke-a-Lot Records is a subsidiary. Rap-A-Lot was first distributed by A&M Records with the release of Raheem's 1988 debut ''The Vigilante''. The label was distributed through the 1990s by EMI's Priority Records (1991–1994), Noo Trybe Records (1994-1998), and Virgin Records (1998–2002). In the 2000s, it was distributed by Asylum Records and then Fontana Distribution. On August 22, 2013, Rap-A-Lot announced a distribution deal with RED Distribution. Devin Copeland (born June 4, 1970), better known by his stage name Devin the Dude, is an American rapper from Houston, Texas. He is known for his unique rapping style and his 2002 songs "Lacville '79" and "Doobie Ashtray". Early life Devin Copeland was born in Pontiac, Michigan on June 4, 1970. He spent most of his early childhood in St. Petersburg, Florida and moved to Houston, Texas while in the fourth grade. He spent the rest of his youth moving back and forth between New Boston and Houston, finally settling in Houston after graduating from high school. He smoked marijuana for the first time at a skating rink in seventh grade; marijuana would later become a major influence on his music.
