Finance Trust Bank
Finance Trust Bank (FTB), commonly called Finance Trust, is a commercial bank in Uganda. It is licensed by the Bank of Uganda, the central bank and national banking regulator. Location The headquarters of FTB are located on Plot 121 & 115, Block 6, Finance Trust Building, Katwe, in the Central Division of Kampala, Uganda's capital city. The coordinates of the institution's headquarters are 0°18'08.0"N, 32°34'35.0"E (Latitude:0.302223; Longitude:32.576403). History FTB was founded in 1984 as Uganda Women's Finance Trust Limited. The objective was to provide financial services to low income people in Uganda, especially women. Sixty percent of the bank's customers are women. Subsequently, the institution rebranded to Uganda Finance Trust Limited, a Tier III financial institution, recognized as a microfinance deposit-taking institution under the supervision of the Bank of Uganda. Flower Travellin' Band
was a Japanese rock band that was formed in 1967. They were connected to Japan's counterculture movement and noted for their mixture of early heavy metal with psychedelic and progressive rock. They received wide acclaim from critics but failed to achieve commercial success and separated in 1973 to pursue individual careers. The band reunited in late 2007, but permanently disbanded after the 2011 death of vocalist Joe Yamanaka. While the band's releases have never sold well they continue to be held in high regard by the music industry. Their albums have never been out of print and they continue to be made available on new audiophile formats such as SHM-CDs. Former members of the Flower Travellin' Band continue to perform FTB songs live together under the name Flower Power with other musicians. The California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) administers and collects state personal income tax and corporate franchise and income tax of California. It is part of the California Government Operations Agency. The board is composed of the California State Controller, the director of the California Department of Finance, and the chair of the California Board of Equalization. Canon FTb
The Canon FTb is a 35 mm single-lens reflex camera manufactured by Canon of Japan from March 1971 replacing the Canon FT QL. It features a Canon FD lens mount, and is also compatible with Canon's earlier FL-mount lenses in stop-down metering mode. Launched alongside the top-of-the-line F-1, the FTb was the mass-market camera in the range. Its QL designation referred to the Quick Load feature introduced by the FT-QL (more fully-described in the article about that camera) which allowed changing film in the middle of the roll to change types of film, as well as making film loading easier. The FTb was primarily intended to be a camera for the advanced amateur photographer, offering many of the same features and same build quality as the F-1, but without the option of interchangeable prisms, focusing screens, or motor drives. Freie Turnerschaft Braunschweig, commonly known as Freie Turner, FT Braunschweig or simply FTB, is a German association football and sports club based in Braunschweig, Lower Saxony. History The club was founded as a worker's sports club on 2 September 1903. In 1913, the club was declared a leftist political organization by the authorities of the German Empire and dissolved. A new club, ''Neue Freie Turnerschaft Braunschweig'', was formed shortly after. The Neue Freie Turnerschaft had to disband again in 1933 because of financial problems, caused by the construction of a new stadium for the club.
