Kyustendil () is a Bulgarian association football club based in Kyustendil, which competes in the Third Amateur Football League (Bulgaria), Third League, the third division of the Bulgarian football league system. Kyustendils home ground is the Osogovo Stadium which has a capacity of 10,000 spectators. History FC Kyustendil was establimished in 2010. In the summer of 2024, the team announced Daniel Mladenov as a playing coach and also a merge between the team and Velbazhd Kyustendil, but with Velbazhd becoming a second team. Kyustendil
Kyustendil ( ) is a town in the far west of Bulgaria, the capital of the Kyustendil Province, a former bishopric and present Latin Catholic titular see. The town is situated in the southern part of the Kyustendil Valley, near the borders of Serbia and North Macedonia; 90 km southwest of Sofia, 130 km northeast of Skopje and 243 km north of Thessaloniki. The population is 37 799, with a Bulgarian majority and a Roma minority. During the Iron Age, a Thracian settlement was located within the town, later known as Roman in the 1st century AD. In the Middle Ages, the town switched hands between the Byzantine Empire, Bulgaria and Serbia, prior to Ottoman annexation in 1395. After centuries of Ottoman rule, the town became part of an independent Bulgarian state in 1878. 2023–24 Bulgarian Cup
The 2023–24 Bulgarian Cup was the 42nd official edition of the Bulgarian annual football knockout tournament. It was sponsored by ''Sesame'' and known as the Sesame Kupa na Bulgaria for sponsorship purposes. The competition began on 9 August 2023 with the preliminary round and finished with the final on 15 May 2024. Ludogorets Razgrad were the defending cup winners and reached the final for the second consecutive year, but were defeated by Botev Plovdiv, who won their fourth cup in history. As winners, Botev qualified for the 2024–25 UEFA Europa League first qualifying round. Mario Evtimov
Mario (; ) is a character created by the Japanese game designer Shigeru Miyamoto. The 2019–20 Third Amateur Football League season was the 70th season of the Bulgarian Third Amateur Football League. The group is equivalent to the third level of the Bulgarian football pyramid with four divisions existing in it. The divisions themselves are geographically separated into ''North-West'', ''North-East'', ''South-East'', and ''South-West'', covering the football clubs of their respective zones. This is the second season after the reorganization of the Bulgarian football system, which saw the emergence of new competition formats, such as First and Second Professional Football Leagues. The matches were suspended on 13 March 2020 as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
