Erpfendorf
Kirchdorf in Tirol is a municipality in the Kitzbühel district in the Austrian state of Tyrol located north of Kitzbühel as well as north of Sankt Johann in Tirol at the Kitzbühler Ache. By area, Kirchdorf is the second largest municipality in the district. The village obtained its name from an old church which was built in the 8th century. The main sources of income are agriculture and tourism. Geography Kirchdorf lies in the Leukental valley, near St. Johann in Tirol. The parish consists of several hamlets and scattered settlements. A large part of the Wilder Kaiser mountain ridge also falls within the parish boundary. Kirchdorf is the second largest parish in Kitzbühel district by area. Leukental
The Leukental is a valley in North Tyrol in the district of Kitzbühel in Austria. The Leukental runs north to south from the Thurn Pass to the Bavarian border, but is not just defined as the main valley but includes several smaller side valleys. The river flowing through the Leukental is known as the ''Jochberger Ache'' from its source at the Thurn Pass to Kitzbühel, then as the '' Kitzbühler Ache'' from Kitzbühel to St. Johann in Tirol and, from its confluence with the ''Fieberbrunner Ache'' near St. Johann in Tirol, as the ''Großache''. Reit Im Winkl
Reit im Winkl is a small village (locally known as a snow-magnet) located on the German/Austrian border in the southeastern part of Bavaria, Germany. Part of the Traunstein district, it was previously an immigration and customs control point (prior to the formation of the Schengen Zone). It is situated south of Chiemsee and southwest of Ruhpolding – home of the Biathlon World Cup – in the Bavarian Alps and facing towards Tyrol. Ellmau
Ellmau is a municipality in the district of Kufstein in the Austrian region of Sölllandl. It lies 12 km southeast of Kufstein and 9 km west of Sankt Johann in Tirol. It is located at an elevation of 820 m above sea level. It was first mentioned in the records in 1155. Today it is part of the Ski Welt skiing area. Ellmau is located in the alpine countryside, close to the Wilder Kaiser mountains and the steep forest and meadow hills to the south. The village resort operates throughout the year.
