Erik Ellington
Erik Ellington (born August 9, 1977) is an American professional skateboarder, entrepreneur, and designer. Early life Erik Ellington was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, to Rose Ann Ellington and Charles Luther Ellington. His parents separated at an early age and he was raised collectively by his parents and step father Johnson Quarles. In his teens, he moved to Tempe, Arizona, after the passing of his father. After graduating high school, he moved to San Diego to pursue a career as a professional skateboarder. Professional skateboarding Erik Ellington turned pro for Zero Skateboards in 1999 after their second video, "Misled Youth". In 2000, he left Zero to join friends and start Baker skateboards. From there, he went on to design a series of top selling shoes for Emerica, a brand under the Sole technology umbrella. Zero Skateboards is a skateboard company located in Carlsbad, California, United States. The brand was founded by professional skateboarder and entrepreneur Jamie Thomas, and distributed by his Black Box Distribution company. In late June 2014, Thomas announced that the brand would be distributed by the Dwindle Distribution company, based in El Segundo, California. Andrew Reynolds (born June 6, 1978) is an American professional skateboarder known for co-founding Baker Skateboards in 2000 with artist Jay Strickland. He is now Baker Skateboard's sole owner. Reynolds established Bakerboys Distribution with Erik Ellington and Jim Greco in 2007. Bakerboys Distribution provides distribution for closely related in-house skateboard companies such as Deathwish Skateboards and Shake Junt. He is also the head of design at Altamont Apparel. Jim Greco
Jim Greco (born December 25, 1977) is an American professional skateboarder. He established Bakerboys Distribution with Andrew Reynolds and Erik Ellington in 2007. Bakerboys Distribution provides distribution for closely related in-house skateboard companies. He co-founded Deathwish Skateboards in 2008, along with Erik Ellington. Early life Greco was born on 25 December 1977 in West Haven, Connecticut. He is of Italian descent, with roots in Naples.
