Eric Grossman
Eric Grossman (born November 25, 1964, New York) is an American musician, best known for playing bass and recording gold and platinum albums with the Belgian band K's Choice. Biography Grossman was born in 1964 in New York, the older of two boys. Both of his parents worked in the optical business—his father owned a shop. Grossman attended Birmingham High School in Van Nuys, California, graduating in 1982. He went on to study music theory at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, California, but dropped out to focus on his music. It was also at Pierce College that he met Dr. Gerald Eskalin, founder of the L.A. Jazz Choir, with whom he performed in the late 1980s. In the early 1990s he performed in the band Iannello, playing with guitarist Joel Shearer and drummer Jimmy Paxson for six years. It was through Shearer that Grossman connected with K's Choice. Scream is the first full-length solo album from Belgian rock musician Sarah Bettens. In 2004, Bettens released a five-track EP called Go. Dilana Smith (born Dilana Jansen van Vuuren; 10 August 1972) is a South African singer, songwriter, and performer who lives in Los Angeles, California. She is best known as the runner-up contestant on the CBS reality television show '' Rock Star: Supernova''. She was the lead singer for Tracii Guns' version of L.A. Guns for a brief period in 2011. Sam Bettens (formerly Sarah Bettens, born September 23, 1972) is a Belgian singer and musician, best known as the lead singer of the Belgian band, K's Choice. In May 2019, he came out as a transgender man. Career K's Choice In the mid-1990s, Bettens formed the band K's Choice with his brother Gert. They are the two best-known faces of the band. "Doppelgangland" is the sixteenth episode of the third season of the fantasy television series '' Buffy the Vampire Slayer'' (1997–2003). ''Taratata'' is a French television music show showcasing live and pre-recorded footage of current acts. Presented by Nagui since its début in 1993, the show was initially shown on Antenne 2 (France 2). The show often involved surprise and unlikely duets, as well as brief interviews with the artists. ''Taratata'' was cancelled in 2000, but returned in April 2005 on the public French network France 4 once a week on prime time, France 3, and late night once a month on France 2 and radio station Virgin Radio. ''Almost Happy'' is the fourth studio album by Belgian rock band K's Choice. Music ''Almost Happy'' was recorded at Real World Studio's, Box, Wiltshire (UK) and published in 2000. Singles were "Almost Happy", "Busy" and "Another Year". The lyrics of this album are more autobiographical than of the previous album ('' Cocoon Crash''). The music is, when compared to earlier work, more melancholy and intimate.
