Elli Erl
Elisabeth Maria Erl (born 25 May 1979) is a German singer-songwriter. She came to fame as the winner of the second season of the television show ''Deutschland sucht den Superstar'', the German Pop Idol, ''Idol'' series adaptation. With ''DSDS'', Erl appeared on the collaborative top ten single "Believe in Miracles", while her coronation song and debut single "This Is My Life (Elli Erl song), This Is My Life" peaked at number three on the German Singles Chart and reached the top ten in Austrian Singles Chart, Austria. Erl's pop rock–influenced debut studio album, ''Shout It Out'' (2003), reached the top forty of the German Albums Chart but was significantly less successful than previous Deutschland sucht den Superstar (season 1), ''DSDS'' releases. Straubing
Straubing () is an independent city in Lower Bavaria, southern Germany. It is seat of the district of Straubing-Bogen. Beatrice Egli (born 21 June 1988) is a Swiss pop and Schlager singer. She is the winner of season 10 of the German music competition ''Deutschland sucht den Superstar''. Egli became the second contestant from Switzerland to win the title after another Swiss person, Luca Hänni, won the previous season of the series. Deutschland Sucht Den Superstar (season 10)
The tenth season of ''Deutschland sucht den Superstar'' was broadcast on German channel RTL from 5 January to 11 May 2013. The winner received a recording contract with Universal Music Group and €500,000. There were new features in season 10. Participants had to be between 16 and 30 years old and could audition in 30 cities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Bill and Tom Kaulitz from Tokio Hotel and Mateo from Culcha Candela became judges. Bruce Darnell and Natalie Horler both left after the completion of season 9. There was a trip to Curaçao during the recall. This is the first season in which three women reached the final four and the second season with a female final 2.
