Elin Arvidsson
Elin Arvidsson (born 26 July 1992) is a Swedish professional golfer and Ladies European Tour player. She previously played on the U.S.-based Epson Tour. Early life and amateur career Arvidsson was born in Falkenberg and started playing golf with her family at an early age. She competed on the Skandia Tour, a junior circuit, from her early teens. In 2020, she lost the final of the Swedish Junior Matchplay Championship at Lidingö Golf Club to Isabella Deilert, 1 up. Arvidsson graduated from the Swedish National Golf High School in 2011 and followed in the footsteps of her older brother, Christoffer, who played college golf in Texas, at Texas State University. Arvidsson enrolled at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, and played college golf with the Texas Tech Red Raiders women's golf team between 2011 and 2015. Falkenberg
Falkenberg is a locality and the seat of Falkenberg Municipality, Halland County, Sweden, with 27,813 inhabitants in 2019 (out of a municipal total of about 45,000). It is located at the mouth of river Ätran. The name consists of the Swedish words for falcon (''falk'') and mountain (''berg''). Ashleigh Ann Buhai (née Simon, born 11 May 1989) is a South African professional golfer, who won the 2022 Women's Open, one of the major championships in women's golf. Amateur career Buhai had a successful amateur career. She was the youngest player to win the ladies’ South African Amateur Stroke Play and Match Play double. She represented her country in the mainly professional Women's World Cup of Golf three times while still an amateur. Professional career Buhai turned professional the day after her 18th birthday. She won the 2007 Catalonia Ladies Masters, which was her third event as a professional. 2020 Swedish Golf Tour (women)
The 2020 Swedish Golf Tour was the 35th season of the Swedish Golf Tour, a series of professional golf tournaments for women held in Sweden. Schedule The season saw an attempt to rebrand the existing set of tournaments as a pan- Nordic tour, and launch the Nordic Golf Tour (NGT). However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic the events outside Sweden were cancelled and the remaining Swedish events were removed from the 2020 LET Access Series (LETAS) schedule. Most tournaments held in Sweden went ahead, but with a reduced purse. Swedish Golf Tour Ranking The ranking was shared between Line Toft Hansen and Louise Rydqvist. Linn Maria Grant (born 20 June 1999) is a Swedish professional golfer who plays on the LPGA Tour and Ladies European Tour. As an amateur, she won the 2017 Ladies' British Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship and was in contention at the 2018 and 2020 U.S. Women's Open. Family and early years Grant is the grand-daughter of James Grant, a Scottish golf professional who emigrated from Inverness in Scotland to Helsingborg in Sweden. The Grant family has had a fair bit of success on Catriona Matthew's home track, North Berwick Golf Club. The Aramco Team Series is a professional women's golf competition that is part of the Ladies European Tour (LET), first played in 2020. The inaugural tournament was played as the Saudi Ladies Team International at Royal Greens Golf & Country Club in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) by the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia.
