Element Eighty is an American nu metal band from Tyler, Texas, formed in 2000. The band split in 2006, only to be reunited a few months later in 2007. Their first album was named after the chemical element mercury, which has number eighty in the Periodic Table of the Elements. History Element Eighty formed in 1998 and self-released their debut album '' Mercuric'' in June 2001 through Pale Star Records. In April 2003, the band signed a deal with Universal/Republic Records. Melodic hardcore is a broadly defined subgenre of hardcore punk with a strong emphasis on melody in its guitar work. Scott Humphrey is a Canadian record producer and mix engineer. He began his music career as a keyboard player and programmer. Alternative Metal
Alternative metal (also known as alt-metal) is a genre of heavy metal music that combines heavy metal with influences from alternative rock and other genres not normally associated with metal. Justin Matthew Bonitz (born 1990) is an American singer, songwriter, musician, vocal coach, and social media personality. Tallah is an American nu metal band from Pennsylvania. They are currently signed to Earache Records. History Formation and ''No One Should Read This'' (2017-2020) Founded in 2017, Tallah was formed by drummer Max Portnoy, who asked guitarist Derrick Schneider and bassist Andrew Cooper to join his new project. They picked up two other rhythm guitarists, AJ Wisniewski and Nick Malfara, and tried out a couple of different vocalists, but they were not what Max was looking for. Portnoy knew of future singer Justin Bonitz through Bonitz's YouTube channels, Hungry Lights and Hungry Covers, so he asked his father, Mike Portnoy, to contact Bonitz, and Justin joined the band on January 1, 2018.
