''Ee Kaikalil'' () is a 1986 Indian Malayalam-language film, directed by K. Madhu and produced by Prem Prakash. The film is a remake of the 1974 Hindi film '' Majboor''. Gayathri Ashokan
Gayathri Ashokan is an Indian poster designer and screenwriter who works in Malayalam cinema. He is considered as a pioneer in poster designing art along with P. N. Menon in Malayalam film industry. His debut design was for director Padmarajan' s ''Koodevide'' where he created a poster with all characters appearing in postage stamp. The posters created a very good impact among filmgoers. He has designed promotional posters for over 700 films including Tamil films. Ashokan introduced the airbrush concept in Malayalam posters. Career Ashokan started off his career as a designer for books and magazines based at Kottayam and he later started doing posters in the name of the studio he worked. ''Majboor'' () is a 1974 Indian suspense thriller film directed by Ravi Tandon and written by Salim-Javed. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Parveen Babi, Pran and Satyen Kappu with Farida Jalal, Sulochana Latkar, Iftekhar, Jagdish Raj and Rehman in supporting roles. The story revolves around Ravi Khanna (Bachchan), a terminally ill man who frames himself for a murder which he did not commit in order to help his family collect the reward money. After a successful operation, he escapes the police custody and sets out to search for the real killer. The movie is loosely inspired by two English movies of 1970 – '' Zig zag'' and '' Cold Sweat''. Sukumari
Sukumari Amma (6 October 1940 – 26 March 2013) was an Indian actress best known for her works in Malayalam and Tamil films. In a career spanning more than five decades, She has appeared in more than 2500 films predominantly in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, along with few Hindi and one each in Sinhala, French, Bengali, Tulu, English and Kannada films. Sukumari began acting at the age of 10. In 2003, she was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India for her contributions toward the arts. She won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the Tamil film ''Namma Gramam'' (2010). Sukumari died on 26 March 2013 in Chennai, following a heart attack. Innocent Vareed Thekkethala (born 28 February 1948) is an Indian actor and politician. He predominantly works in Malayalam cinema in addition to Hindi, English, Tamil, and Kannada films, mostly in comedic roles.
