Dziki Warsaw
Dziki Warszawa (in English: Dziki Warsaw) is a Polish men's basketball club, based in Warsaw. The team currently plays in the PLK, the Polish first division. The club was established in 2017 on the basis of another basketball club MKS Ochota Warszawa. History Dziki were founded quite recently, in 2017, on the basis of the 3rd league MKS MOS Ochota. In the first season in the 2nd league, the team fought to stay in the league. A year later, they advanced to the playoff phase, and in 2020, they took first place in the competition and gained promotion to the Suzuki 1st league. The goal for the 2022–23 season was promotion to the Polish Basketball League. The team was built based on top league experience and led by a trusted coach Krzysztof Szablowski. In the play-off final they defeated Górnik Wałbrzych (3–0). This way Dziki earned the spot in the Polish Basketball League for the first time in their history. Polska Liga Koszykówki (PLK) (English language, English: Polish Basketball League), officially known as the Orlen Basket Liga due to its sponsorship by Orlen, is a professional men's club basketball list of basketball leagues, league in Poland. It constitutes the first and highest-tier level of the Polish basketball league system, Polish league pyramid. The winning team of the final round are crowned the Polish Champions of that season. The European North Basketball League (ENBL) is regional professional men's club basketball league in northern, central and eastern Europe; it has been organised since 2021. ENBL format is based on the European Youth Basketball league (founded in 1998) – FIBA approved international competition for girls and boys which recently featured around 300 teams from 29 countries. The Polish Basketball Cup () is the annual top-tier level national domestic basketball cup competition for clubs in Poland. It is managed and organised by the Polish Basketball League (PLK).
