Dylan Sage
Dylan Michael Sage (born 24 January 1992) is a South African rugby union player for the in Super Rugby, the in the Currie Cup and the in the Rugby Challenge. He was a member of the South African Sevens team that won a bronze medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Rugby career Force Sage was one of a number of South Africans that moved to Perth prior to the 2014 season to join the and he was included in their Wider Training Group for the 2014 Super Rugby season. However, he failed to make any appearances at Super Rugby level, but did play in the 2014 Pacific Rugby Cup with the Western Force A side. Rugby Challenge (South Africa)
The Rugby Challenge – known as the SuperSport Rugby Challenge for sponsorship reasons – is the secondary domestic rugby union competition in South Africa. The competition is organised by the South African Rugby Union and featured all fourteen South African provincial unions plus n side the and the Zimbabwe Academy. The inaugural season of the competition was in 2017, set up as the long-term successor of the Vodacom Cup competition. The competition is played at roughly the same time as Super Rugby each season, and features a combination of Super Rugby players returning from injury, reserve players attempting to maintain their fitness levels and younger players trying to break through to the Super Rugby or Currie Cup sides. Spain National Rugby Sevens Team
Spain's national rugby sevens team is one of 15 core teams participating in all ten tournaments of the World Rugby Sevens Series, having qualified by winning the 2017 Hong Kong Sevens qualifier tournament. Spain participated as a core team in the 2012–13 IRB Sevens World Series, but was relegated the following season. The team trains together at the country's Olympic training facilities in Madrid, which itself has been a result of the sport entering its first Olympic cycle. Western Force
The Western Force is an Australian professional rugby union team based in Perth, Western Australia, currently competing in Super Rugby Pacific. They previously played in Super Rugby from 2006 until they were axed from the competition in 2017. Following their axing they played in the National Rugby Championship in 2018 and 2019, replacing the Perth Spirit, and Global Rapid Rugby from 2018 to 2020, an Indo-Pacific competition organised by Andrew Forrest. 2014 Pacific Rugby Cup
The 2013 Pacific Rugby Cup was the eighth edition of the Pacific Rugby Cup competition. The tournament featured national 'A' rugby union teams from Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Japan and Argentina. Additionally, four Super Rugby development sides joined the five Pacific sides as core teams for the first time. These Australian teams had previously only been opposition sides for the core teams and were not in contention for the title. The tournament was played in Australia. The teams were split into two pools and a single round robin series was played in each pool, with the top team in each pool playing in the final for the PRC title.
