Becky Duval Reese is an American curator and art museum director. She is best known for her work as the director of the El Paso Museum of Art (EPMA) and oversaw the museum's move in 1998. She was inducted into the El Paso Women's Hall of Fame in 2005. Biography Duval Reese attended New Mexico State University (NMSU) for both her bachelor and master of arts degrees. Dorinha Duval (21 January 1929 – 21 May 2025) was a Brazilian actress and singer, who after retirement from television and film, became an artist. She became famous for her roles in some of Brazil's most famous television soap operas and, later, for the murder of her abusive third husband. Early life Dorah Teixeira was born in São Paulo, Brazil on 21 January 1929. As a teenager, she joined director Carlos Lisboa's group of dancers, performing at casinos in the interior of São Paulo state. She also sang and played the maracas, earning her the nickname of ''Dorah Maraca''. In this role she appeared in the opening show on Brazilian TV. She also became known as ''Chininha'', apparently from the Chinese appearance of her eyes. Dominic Duval (April 27, 1945 – July 22, 2016) was an American classical and free jazz bassist. Biography Duval's was born in New York City. His father Dominic Duval Sr. was a bassist. At Eastman School of Music, Duval double majored in Classical Performance and Jazz and Contemporary Media from 2007 to 2011. There, he served as Principal Bassist of the Eastman Philharmonia Orchestra. Duval studied further with bassists Jeff Campbell, Larry Grenadier, Orlando le Fleming, Homer Mensch, François Rabbath, and James Van Demark. Duval died on July 22, 2016. Music career Since the 1990s, Duval was for the most part active on the New York City jazz scene. Dennis DuVal (born March 31, 1952), nicknamed "Sweet D" is a former National Basketball Association (NBA) player. College career In 1970–71, Dennis played on the Syracuse Orange freshman basketball team. He averaged 19.2 points and 7.7 rebounds per game. Dennis joined the Syracuse varsity basketball team his sophomore season, and averaged 15.8 points and 4.8 rebounds per game. David Robert Duval (born November 9, 1971) is an American professional golfer and former World No. 1 Golfer who competed on the PGA Tour and currently plays on the PGA Tour Champions. Duval won 13 PGA Tour tournaments between 1997 and 2001; including one major title, The Open Championship in 2001. Clément Duval (1850-1935) was a French Anarchism, anarchist. He is best known as the principal founder of illegalism, an anarchist tendency that he extensively inspired, practiced, and theorized. Born into a modest Socialism, socialist family, he fought in the Franco-Prussian War and was severely wounded; after years of bedridden suffering, he was left impoverished and unfit for work. He began stealing to support his family. Duval was arrested and imprisoned for a year, during which time he became an anarchist and was politicized.
