Dusk (video Game)
''Dusk'' is a 2018 first-person shooter, first-person shooter game created by American developer David Szymanski and published by New Blood Interactive for Windows, Linux, macOS, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game is produced by Dave Oshry, who previously co-directed the 2013 video game remake, remake of ''Rise of the Triad (2013 video game), Rise of the Triad''. Plot ''Dusk'' takes place in and around the fictitious rural town of Dusk, Pennsylvania. A huge network of "Lovecraftian ruins" is discovered underneath a section of farmland, which attracts the attention of the government. Military personnel and scientists establish research labs and factories in the town in an attempt to harness the magic of the ruins. Much of the research team soon fall victim to a series of demonic possessions and industrial disasters, which force the remnants of the team out of the town. David Szymanski ( ; ) is an American video game developer. Szymanski developed ''Dusk (video game), Dusk'' and ''Iron Lung (video game), Iron Lung''. Life and career David Szymanski is the brother of video game developers John and Evan Szymanski, known for developing ''My Friendly Neighborhood''. On December 10, 2018, David released ''Dusk'', a retro-style first-person shooter game. John Romero
Alfonso John Romero (born October 28, 1967) is an American video game developer. He co-founded id Software and designed their early games, including ''Wolfenstein 3D'' (1992), ''Doom (1993 video game), Doom'' (1993), ''Doom II'' (1994), ''Hexen: Beyond Heretic, Hexen'' (1995) and ''Quake (video game), Quake'' (1996). His designs and development tools, along with programming techniques developed by the id programmer John Carmack, popularized the first-person shooter (FPS) genre.
