Du Jiang (politician)
Du Jiang (, born in November 1964) is a Vice Chairman of China National Tourism Administration (CNTA). He is in charge of the Department of Tourism Promotion and International Liaison of the CNTA, and is responsible for managing tourism-related affairs in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. He also chairs the China Tourism Academy and CNTA representative offices in foreign countries, and liaises at China Tourism Association and the Cross-Strait Tourism Exchange Association. In addition, he is the Honorary Vice Chairman of Global Tourism Economy Forum. Du Jiang earned his PhD in economics at Nankai University, and is specialized in research on tourism management. The China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) was a Chinese government authority responsible for the development of tourism affairs and was subordinate to the State Council. China Tourism Academy (CTA) is a Beijing-based research institution with a focus on studies in tourism industry. Under the Document No. 00798 released by the State Commission for Public Sector Reform, it was established in 2008, directly affiliated with the China National Tourism Administration (CNTA). The academy is organised into academic and administrative divisions. Cross-Strait Tourism Exchange Association
The Association for Tourism Exchange Across the Taiwan Straits (ATETS; ) is a semi-official representative office of the People's Republic of China in Taiwan handling tourism-related affairs. Its counterpart body in Mainland China by the Republic of China (Taiwan) is the Taiwan Strait Tourism Association. The CSTEA office is located in Ruentex Tower at Daan District, Taipei. Opening The official opening ceremony of CSTEA in Taiwan was held at the Grand Hotel in Taipei on 7 May 2010. The ceremony was attended by people from both sides of the Taiwan Strait. Nankai University
Nankai University is a public university in Tianjin, China. It is affiliated with the Ministry of Education of China. The university is part of Project 211, Project 985, and the Double First-Class Construction. Nankai University was established in 1919 as the private Nankai School by Yan Xiu and Zhang Boling.
