Dinar Gilmutdinov
Dinar Zagitovich Gilmutdinov (russian: Динар Загитович Гильмутдинов; born 10 August 1969, Chebykovo, Mishkinsky District, Republic of Bashkortostan) is a Russian political figure and a deputy of the 8th State Duma. In 1991, he started working as an inspector of the road patrol service. In 1996, he was appointed as a deputy head of the Main Directorate for Traffic Safety in Ufa. From 2005 to 2021, he was the chief of the UGIBDD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bashkortostan. He left the post in 2021 to become a deputy for the 8th State Duma from the Bashkortostan constituency. The State Duma (russian: Госуда́рственная ду́ма, r=Gosudárstvennaja dúma), commonly abbreviated in Russian as Gosduma ( rus, Госду́ма), is the lower house of the Federal Assembly of Russia, while the upper house is the Federation Council. The Duma headquarters are located in central Moscow, a few steps from Manege Square. Its members are referred to as deputies. The State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the 8th convocation (russian: Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации восьмого созыва) is the current convocation of the lower house of Russian parliament. The composition of the 8th State Duma was determined based on the results of the 2021 legislative election.
