Dhone Assembly Constituency
Dhone Assembly constituency is a constituency in Nandyal district of Andhra Pradesh that elects representatives to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly in India. It is one of the seven assembly segments of Nandyal Lok Sabha constituency. Kotla Jayasurya Prakasha Reddy is the current MLA of the constituency, having won the 2024 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election from Telugu Desam Party. As of 25 March 2019, there are a total of 219,678 electors in the constituency. The constituency was established in 1951, as per the ''Delimitation Orders (1951)''. Kotla Jayasurya Prakasha Reddy
Kotla Jayasurya Prakasha Reddy (born 18 September 1951) was a member of the 15th Lok Sabha of India. He represented the Kurnool constituency of Andhra Pradesh and is a member of Telugu Desam Party. Early life He was born in Hyderabad to Shyamala Devi and former Chief Minister Kotla Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy. He did his graduation from Nizam College, Hyderabad. Career Kotla Surya Prakash Reddy was first elected to the parliament in 1991. He was re-elected as Member of Parliament from Kurnool in 2004 and 2009 for the 14th and 15th LokSabha respectively. He was the Minister of State for Railways in the UPA Government. Buggana Rajendranath Reddy (born 27 September 1970) is an Indian politician from Andhra Pradesh. He is a two time MLA and also served as the Minister for Finance, Planning and Legislative Affairs in the Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy's ministry.
