Mih Ouensa (sometimes written Mih Ouansa or Mouïaf Ouennsa) is a town and commune, and capital of Mih Ouensa District, in El Oued Province, Algeria. According to the 2008 census it has a population of 15,593, up from 11,779 in 1998, and a population growth rate of 3.3%. Climate Mih Ouensa has a hot desert climate (Köppen climate classification ''BWh''), with very hot summers and mild winters, and very little precipitation throughout the year. Transportation Mih Ouensa lies on the N16, which connects Touggourt to El Oued. From El Oued the road continues northeast to Tébessa. A local road also leads north to Ourmas. Ouargla Province
Ouargla or Warqla () is a province (''wilaya'') in eastern Algeria, with a population of 708 463 inhabitants in 2019. Its capital is Ouargla. Other localities include Hassi Ben Abdellah and Hassi Messaoud. El Borma () is a town and commune, which is coextensive with El Borma District, in Algeria. El Oued Province
El Oued (, ) is a Saharan province of Algeria (n° 39) dominated by ''Oued Souf''. It was named after its eponymous capital. Notable towns include El Oued itself and Guemar. Geography Physical geography El Oued Province lies in the Sahara desert in northeast Algeria. The mostly uninhabited southern half of the province is covered by the Grand Erg Oriental, a vast region of uninterrupted sand dunes.
