''De Augurkenkoning'' () is a Dutch television series about the family business Kesbeke based in Amsterdam which specializes in the production of pickled vegetables. The series follows CEO Oos Kesbeke as he trains his sons Camiel and Silvian to inherit the family business. The show highlights the daily occurrences and humorous moments which occur in the factory, as well as showing the real challenges of employees such as Daan and Frans. The series is aired on RTL 5 RTL 5 is a Dutch free-to-cable television channel that was launched on 2 October 1993, during the 4th anniversary of its sister channel. It mainly broadcasts American films and hit series but also reality shows, comedy, travel, international show ... before being made available on the streaming service Videoland.
