Davide Ruggeri
Davide Ruggeri (born 7 May 1999) is an Italian rugby union player. His usual position is as a Flanker and he currently plays for Zebre Parma in United Rugby Championship. Selected for F.I.R. Academy squad, in 2018–19 Pro14 season, Ruggeri was named as ''Additional Player'' for Zebre and for 2020–21 Pro14 season, under contract with Rovigo Delta in Top12, he was named as ''Permit Player'' for Benetton Rugby. In 2018 and 2019, Ruggeri was named in the Italy Under 20 squad. On 8 December 2021, he was selected by Alessandro Troncon to be part of an Emerging Italy 27-man squad for the 2021 end-of-year rugby union internationals. The 2021 end of year rugby union tests, also referred to as the Autumn internationals in the Northern Hemisphere, were rugby union test matches during October and November 2021, mainly involving countries from the Northern Hemisphere hosting those from the Southern Hemisphere. Zebre Parma (, meaning " Zebras") are an Italian professional rugby union team competing in the United Rugby Championship and EPCR competitions from the 2012–13 season. They are based in Parma ( Emilia-Romagna), Italy. They are operated by the Italian Rugby Federation (FIR) and replaced Aironi in the Pro12. Emerging Ireland is an Irish rugby union team that represents Ireland in the World Rugby Nations Cup. History 2013 Tbilisi Cup The team was created to offer Tier 1 level opposition for Tier 2 sides in the IRB Tbilisi Cup, held in Tbilisi, Georgia.
