''Dahek - A Burning Passion'' is a 1999 Indian Hindi-language romance film directed by Lateef Binni. The film stars Akshaye Khanna and Sonali Bendre. The film deals with love between a Hindu boy and a Muslim girl. The movie was a box office disaster. Plot Jabbar Bahkshi is the eldest son in the Bahkshi household in modern-day Bombay, India, and rules the entire family with an conservative iron hand. He finds out his sister, Sabina Bahkshi, is having an affair with Iqbal, and is angered because Sabina is not permitted to have an affair. Majrooh Sultanpuri
Asrar ul Hassan Khan (1 October 1919 − 24 May 2000), better known as Majrooh Sultanpuri, was an Indian Urdu poet and lyricist in India's Hindi language film industry. He wrote Hindustani lyrics for numerous Hindi film soundtracks. He was one of the dominating musical forces in Indian cinema in the 1950s and early 1960s, and was an important figure in the Progressive Writers' Movement. Aadesh Shrivastava (4 September 1964 – 5 September 2015) was a music composer and singer of Indian music. Initially, he had worked as a drummer to music composers including R. D. Burman, Rajesh Roshan before working independently as a music director. Over the course of his career, he had composed music for over 100 Hindi films.
