DD News is an Indian state-owned Hindi news television channel, founded by the Government of India, owned by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. It is the flagship channel of Doordarshan. India's only 24-hour terrestrial TV news channel broadcasting solely in Hindi, and formerly in English.
