D.I.Y. Duck
''Donald Duck'' is a series of American animated comedy short films produced by Walt Disney Productions. The series started in 1937 with ''Donald's Ostrich'' (although two previous short films, ''Don Donald'' and ''Modern Inventions'', both from 1937, were later re-released under this series) and ended in 1961 with '' The Litterbug'', with an additional short, '' D.I.Y. Duck'', being released in 2024. The series stars the titular character Donald Duck, in addition to having recurring appearances by previously known characters such as Pluto and Pete. The series also introduced well-known characters such as Donald's nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie (previously introduced in comic books) and Donald's love interest Daisy Duck, as well as Donald's recurring rivals Chip 'n' Dale under their names (previously appearing without names in the shorts ''Private Pluto'' and ''Squatter's Rights''). Chip 'n' Dale
Chip and Dale (also spelled Chip 'n' Dale) are a cartoon duo of anthropomorphic chipmunks created by The Walt Disney Company, who debuted in the 1943 short film '' Private Pluto''. Concept The characters were first drawn by Bill Justice and introduced in the 1943 Pluto short '' Private Pluto'', directed by Clyde Geronimi. In the short, they fight with Pluto about whether they can store their nuts in a military base cannon. Three years later, director Jack Hannah decided to use them as co-stars in Donald Duck shorts. ''Grand Canyonscope'' is a Donald Duck animated short released in 1954. It was Disney's second cartoon filmed in CinemaScope (following '' Toot, Whistle, Plunk and Boom''), and was produced to accompany Disney's first CinemaScope film ''20,000 Leagues Under the Sea''. One joke has J. Audubon Woodlore breaking the fourth wall stating to the tourists in the CinemaScope version, "Uh, spread out, folks, this is CinemaScope" or in the non-CinemaScope version, "Uh, spread out, folks, this is a big canyon." CinemaScope is an anamorphic format, anamorphic lens series used, from 1953 to 1967, and less often later, for shooting widescreen films that, crucially, could be screened in theatres using existing equipment, albeit with a lens adapter. Its creation in 1953 by Spyros Skouras, Spyros P. Skouras, the president of 20th Century Fox, marked the beginning of the modern anamorphic format in both principal Aspect ratio (image), 2.55:1, almost twice as wide as the previously common Academy format's 1.37:1 ratio. ''Silly Symphony'' (also known as ''Silly Symphonies'') is an American animation, animated series of 75 musical short films produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios, Walt Disney Productions from 1929 to 1939. ''The Wise Little Hen'' is a 1934 Walt Disney produced ''Silly Symphonies'' animated short film, based on the fable ''The Little Red Hen.'' The film features the debut of Donald Duck, dancing to "The Sailor's Hornpipe". Donald and his friend Peter Pig try to avoid work by faking stomach aches until Mrs. Hen teaches them the value of labor. Plot The Wise Little Hen of the title is looking for someone to help her plant her corn for the winter. Goofy
Goofy is a cartoon character created by the Walt Disney Company. He is a tall, Anthropomorphism, anthropomorphic dog who typically wears a turtle neck and vest, with pants, shoes, white gloves, and a tall hat originally designed as a rumpled fedora. Goofy is a close friend of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, and is Max Goof's father.
