Cydthealee Demecillo
Cydthealee Alivio Demecillo (born December 2, 1993), better known as Cyd Demecillo, is a Filipino volleyball athlete. Personal life Demecillo was born on December 2, 1993 in Cebu, the youngest daughter of Esmael and Imelda Demecillo. Her two other siblings are Cydeshemee and Cydtishamee. Since 2011, the Demecillo sisters are in charge of their family business, the Cydelicious Lechon Manok restaurant. She graduated high school from the University of Southern Philippines Foundation where she played a Middle Hitter. In February 2015, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Sports Studies. Career Demecillo was a member of the De La Salle University collegiate women's varsity volleyball team in both indoor and beach volleyball where she played as an Outside Hitter. The De La Salle Green Archers (also known simply as the Green Archers) are the men's varsity teams representing De La Salle University in the Philippines. The women's varsity teams are generally referred to as the De La Salle Lady Archers. The school's varsity teams participate in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines, among others. Benilde Blazers
The College of Saint Benilde Blazers are the NCAA senior varsity team of De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde. The Blazers were formerly a member National Capital Region Athletic Association (NCRAA) before they applied and were admitted to the NCAA in 1998. They then went on to win their first NCAA seniors basketball title in 2000 was the fastest for an expansion squad. The other senior varsity teams may also be referred to as the Blazers. The Philippine National Games (PNG) officially known as the POC- PSC Games is a national multi-sport tournament in the Philippines. It was created as a means to determine the possible composition of national pool athletes that will compete in international tournaments such as the Southeast Asian Games, Asian Games and the Olympics. History The Philippine National Games (PNG) was created by virtue of Executive Order No. 163 dated March 3, 1994, during the term of former President Fidel V. Ramos. The first edition was held in Manila in 1994, then the next edition was held two years later in the same venue. Cebu City hosted the third edition in 1997. Victonara "Ara" Salas Galang (born January 4, 1995) is a multi-awarded, Filipina volleyball player. She was UAAP Rookie of the Year and Best Server during the Season 74 and UAAP Most Valuable Player in the Season 75. She is the former team captain (2014-2015) of the De La Salle University Lady Spikers.
