Courtney Crone
Courtney Crone (born March 7, 2001) is an American racing driver who competes in F1 Academy for ART Grand Prix as part of the Haas Driver Development Program. Crone previously competed in the IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge and the USAC Western Midget Series. Career Early career Crone started racing in quarter midgets in 2005, at just four years old. At age 11 she started racing Junior Speedway, winning three track championships in the 150cc Motorcycle class before stepping up to the 250cc class. Crone won the 2016 Perris Auto Speedway Young Guns Championship in Sprint Cars with six wins. She was also the 2016 USAC Western States Midget Rookie of the Year, ending the season in 5th after making 14 feature race starts. Formula Car Challenge
The Formula Car Challenge presented by Goodyear is a National Auto Sport Association-affiliated car racing series, operating in four different regions across the United States: West Coast, South West, East Coast and Mid West. There is also an annual championship involving all four regions. While each region varies in terms of events, the series itself has three classes of competition, all powered by Mazda, with Goodyear Racing tires: Formula Mazda (FM), Pro Formula Mazda (PFM), and the FormulaSPEED2.0 (FS2.0). The Formula Car Challenge was started in 2005 to allow for a high level of competition in a quality environment without "pro racing budgets." IMSA Prototype Challenge
IMSA Prototype Challenge (formerly IMSA Prototype Lites) was a racing series featuring two classes of single-seat prototype cars racing simultaneously. The series was sanctioned by the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA). Most races were held in support of the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. The series raced LMP3 class prototype sportscars. The cars have grown in size and speed since its 2006 introduction, starting from four-cylinder and motorcycle powered race cars to large V8 powered cars. The 2023 IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge was the inaugural season of the IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge. Josef Nicolai Newgarden (born December 22, 1990) is an American racing driver who races the No. 2 Team Penske Dallara/Chevrolet in the IndyCar Series. 2020 W Series
The 2020 W Series was a planned motor racing championship that was scheduled to be the second W Series season. The championship was to be exclusively open to female racing drivers as a Formula Regional-level racing series. The planned championship season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and a 10-event eSports league for female racing drivers only was held on the ''iRacing'' platform in its place.
