Coalition For Change (Philippines)
Kilusang Pagbabago () was the informal name of a multi-party umbrella coalition formed by the supporters of the administration of Rodrigo Duterte and the 17th Congress of the Philippines. Headed by PDP–Laban, it has formed coalition agreements with the Nacionalista Party, Lakas–CMD, Nationalist People's Coalition and National Unity Party (Philippines), National Unity Party, as well as the Centrist Democratic Party of the Philippines, Centrist Democratic Party and an independent congressional block of 24 party-list groups. Rodrigo Duterte
Rodrigo Roa Duterte (, ; born March 28, 1945) is a Filipino lawyer and politician who served as the 16th president of the Philippines from 2016 to 2022. He is the first Philippine president from Mindanao, and is the oldest person to assume office, beginning his term at age 71. Duterte is the chairman of Partido Demokratiko Pilipino, the ruling party during his presidency. PDP–Laban
The Partido Demokratiko Pilipino (PDP, ) is a populist political party in the Philippines founded in 1982. It was previously known as Partido Demokratiko Pilipino–Lakas ng Bayan (PDP–Laban) from 1983 to 2024 as a result of a merger with Lakas ng Bayan (Laban). It was part of the country's ruling party coalition from 1986 to 1992 under the administration of Corazon Aquino and the country's ruling party from 2016 to 2022 under the administration of Rodrigo Duterte. Nominally democratic socialist and social democratic, the party has shifted considerably since its first time in power in the 1980s and 1990s. The Butil Farmers Party (Butil), formerly the Luzon Farmers Party, is a political party in the Luzon, Philippines. Butil is the electoral wing of the National Farmers Supreme Council (SANDUGO). In the 2004 elections for the House of Representatives got 429,259 votes (3.3742%) and one seat ( Benjamin A. Cruz). In the previous congress the party had two seats, Benjamin A. Cruz and Leonila V.
