Christina Landshamer
Christina Landshamer (born 1977) is a German operatic soprano. Life and career Born and raised in Munich, Landshamer studied singing at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München with Angelica Vogel from 1996. She continued her studies at the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart in Konrad Richter's Lied class and the soloist class with Dunja Vejzovic. In November/December 2001, she sang ''Papagena'' in ''The Magic Flute'' at the Tollwood Festival in Munich. In 2003, Landshamer was awarded a scholarship by the Deutscher Musikrat and two years later took part in the world premiere of Hans Zender's '' Chief Joseph'', a musical theatre in three acts, at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden. Helmuth Rilling
Helmuth Rilling (born 29 May 1933) is a German choral conductor and an academic teacher. He is the founder of the Gächinger Kantorei (1954), the Bach-Collegium Stuttgart (1965), the Oregon Bach Festival (1970), the Internationale Bachakademie Stuttgart (1981) and other Bach Academies worldwide, as well as the "Festival Ensemble Stuttgart" (2001) and the "Junges Stuttgarter Bach Ensemble" (2011). Ulf Schirmer (born 1959) is a German conductor and opera house administrator. Born in Eschenhausen, Lower Saxony, Schirmer studied at the Bremen Conservatory, and also at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg, with György Ligeti, Christoph von Dohnányi and Horst Stein. Peter Schreier
Peter Schreier (29 July 1935 – 25 December 2019) was a German tenor in opera, concert and lied, and a conductor. He was regarded as one of the leading lyric tenors of the 20th century. Schreier was a member of the Dresdner Kreuzchor conducted by Rudolf Mauersberger, performing as an alto soloist. He became a tenor, focused on concert and lieder singing, well known internationally for the Evangelist parts in Bach's ''Christmas Oratorio'' and Passion.
