Chris Edwards (born 1973 in Roseburg, Oregon) is an American politician and university administrator from Oregon; he is a member of the Democratic party. Edwards currently works in an administrative role at the University of Oregon overseeing the creation of the new Phil and Penny Knight Campus for Accelerating Scientific Impact, he came to this job having served in the Oregon State Senate, representing District 7, for six years. Vicki Walker
Vicki Lynn Walker (born May 29, 1956) is an American politician. She served as the Oregon State Director for Rural Development with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. A member of the Democratic Party, Walker previously served in both houses of the Oregon Legislature and briefly served as chair of the state's parole board. Walker is known as an advocate for utility customers and as an outspoken critic of influential former Governor Neil Goldschmidt. Early life Walker was born in Monroe, Washington, and graduated from Reedsport High School in Reedsport, Oregon, in 1974. She attended the University of Oregon and graduated in 1978 with a bachelor's degree in political science. The 2010 elections for the Oregon Legislative Assembly determined the composition of both houses for the 76th Oregon Legislative Assembly. The Republican and Democratic primary elections were on May 18, 2010, and the general election was held on November 2, 2010. Elections for the 75th Oregon Legislative Assembly took place in 2008. The Republican and Democratic primary elections were on May 20, 2008, and the general election was held on November 4, 2008.
