Chakradhari Sharan Singh
Chakradhari Sharan Singh (born 20 January 1963) is an Indian former Judge, who served as the Chief Justice of Orissa High Court. He has also served as Acting Chief Justice of Patna High Court. Career He obtained his LL.B. Degree from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He was enrolled as an Advocate on 30 October 1990. He was appointed as Additional Standing Counsel, Central Government in 1998 and continued as such up to 2001. He practiced in service, constitutional and criminal matters and dealt with cases under Labour Laws and Customs. He was appointed as panel counsel by Comptroller and Auditor General of India for conducting cases on behalf of Accountant General Office in Patna High Court. On 18 September 2010, he was designated as Senior Advocate. He was appointed as Additional Advocate General, Government of Bihar in the year 2010. Arindam Sinha
Arindam Sinha (born on 22 September 1965) is an Indian judge, who is currently serving as the Judge of Allahabad High Court. He is a former judge of Orissa High Court, where he has also served as the Acting Chief Justice. He is also former judge of Calcutta High Court. Early life He was born on 22 September 1965. In law, a person is acting in a position if they are not serving in the position on a permanent basis. This may be the case if the position has not yet been formally created, the person is only occupying the position on an interim basis, the person does not have a mandate, or if the person meant to execute the role is incompetent or incapacitated. Orissa High Court
The Orissa High Court is the High Courts of India, High Court for the Indian States and union territories of India, state of Odisha. The then Bengal Presidency was a vast province including present day Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal. It was difficult to administratively manage such a vast area, inhabited by people speaking different languages and having different traditions. He has also served as judge of Orissa High Court and Tripura High Court and as Acting Chief Justice of Tripura High Court.
