''Ceux qui dorment les yeux ouverts'' (''Those who sleep with their eyes open'') is an extended play by Congolese-French rapper Gims, which was released on 7 December 2006. It was also Gims's first solo project produced by Wati B. He also participated with the group Sexion d'Assaut in some songs. The disc contains nine songs. Gandhi Alimasi Djuna (born 6 May 1986), known professionally as Maître Gims and more recently just Gims (stylized in all caps), is a Congolese singer, rapper, producer, and songwriter. He grew up in France and currently lives in France and Morocco. He rose to fame as a member of the hip hop group Sexion d'Assaut. He pursued an individual career under the name Maître Gims in 2013. ''Subliminal'' () is the debut solo album by Congolese-French singer and rapper Maître Gims. The 18-track album was released 20 May 2013 on Wati B and Monstre Marin Corporation, the latter founded by Maître Gims himself. The lyrics were all by Maître Gims whereas the music was by Maître Gims, Renaud Rebillaud and Stan-E Music. The album was a great success charting in France (reaching #2), Belgium (reaching #1) as well as charting in Switzerland. On 2 December 2013, it was reissued and titled ''Subliminal / La face cachée'' (, ), including 6 additional tracks for a total of 24 tracks. Sexion d'Assaut (), formerly known as 3ème Prototype (for "Troisième Prototype" ), was a French hip hop band formed in 2002, composed of eight Parisian rappers. Scred Connexion is a French rap collective launched in the 1990s composed by Fabe, Koma, Haroun, Mokless and Morad, with the assistance of Butch. Fabe decided to quit his rapping career in 2000 and quit the collective after releasing one additional solo album.
