Silvia Celeste Rabimbi Cortesi (; ; born December 15, 1997) is a Filipino-Italian model, actress and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2022. She represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 competition but finished unplaced. Cortesi was previously crowned Miss Earth Philippines 2018 and represented the Philippines at the Miss Earth 2018 pageant, where she finished in the Top 8. Early life Silvia Celeste Rabimbi Cortesi was born on December 15, 1997 in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines, to a Filipino mother, Maria Luisa Rabimbi, and an Italian father who was born in Venezuela. Pasay, officially the City of Pasay ( fil, Lungsod ng Pasay; ), is a 1st class highly urbanized city in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. Miss Universe 2021 was the 70th Miss Universe pageant, held at the Universe Dome in Eilat, Israel on December 13, 2021. At the end of the event, Andrea Meza of Mexico crowned Harnaaz Sandhu of India as Miss Universe 2021. It is India's first victory in 21 years, and the third victory of the country in the pageant's history. Sandhu became the first ever Sikh to win the title of Miss Universe, and the first contestant born in the 2000s to win in any of the Big Four international beauty pageants.
