Casey Kaufhold
Casey Kaufhold (born March 6, 2004) is an American archer competing in women's recurve events. She won the silver medal in the women's individual event at the 2021 World Archery Championships held in Yankton, United States. She competed in the women's individual and women's team events at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan. In 2019, Kaufhold won the bronze medal in the women's individual recurve event at the Pan American Games held in Lima, Peru. She also won the gold medal in both the women's team recurve and mixed team recurve events. Career In 2019, Kaufhold competed in the women's team recurve event at the World Archery Championships held in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. Brady Ellison
Brady Ellison (born October 27, 1988) is an American archer who competes in recurve archery. He is currently a Resident Athlete at the United States Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California. He holds the record for the longest continuous period as the world number-one-ranked men's recurve archer, from August 2011 to April 2013. He earned his nickname "The Prospector" during the 2015 world championships due to his proclivity for 'finding gold'. Personal life As a child, Ellison suffered from Legg–Calvé–Perthes disease and wore leg braces for some time. He has had subsequent health issues with his knees, particularly in the lead-up to and during the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, and the fingers of his drawing hand. Khatuna Lorig (; born January 1, 1974, as Khatuna Kvrivishvili, ka, ხათუნა ქვრივიშვილი) is a Georgian archer who immigrated to the United States. She has used at least 3 different last names while competing in and representing various different countries. * Khatuna Kvrivichvili, Soviet Union (part of the Unified Team) at Barcelona 1992. The women's team archery event was one of five archery events held at the 2020 Summer Olympics. It was held at Yumenoshima Park, with the ranking round taking place on 23 July and match play on 25 July. South Korea remained undefeated in the Women's team Archery by winning a 9th consecutive gold medal. Background This was the 9th consecutive appearance of the event, which has been held every Games since 1988.
