Carlo Brandelli
Carlo Brandelli (born December 1965) is a British fashion designer and creative director and also the co-founder of Squire. He received the Menswear Designer of the Year award from the British Fashion Council in 2005. Menswear career Brandelli founded Squire in 1991, combining elements of art, architecture, and fashion design. This project established one of the first "creative director" roles in British menswear. He also worked as a freelance designer for Burberry and Valentino in Japan. In 2003, Brandelli joined Kilgour, a Savile Row tailoring house, as creative director. He aimed to modernize Kilgour’s image by blending traditional tailoring with minimalist design. He oversaw the collections, store designs, and advertising campaigns. He has received recognition within the fashion industry, including being named GQ's Most Stylish Man in 2005. In 2008, Kilgour changed ownership shortly before Brandelli’s Paris runway show.
