Canelas, Durango
Canelas is a town and seat of the Canelas (municipality), municipality of Canelas, in the state of Durango, northwestern Mexico. Canelas is also known for its fantastic Coffee & Guava and a wedding that took place, that of the famous Mexican drug lord Joaquín Guzmán Loera and Emma Coronel Aispuro. Reports indicate that this wedding took place in 2007 in Canelas. As of 2010, the town had a population of 734. Geography Canelas is located in the Sierra Madre Occidental. It is surrounded by pine trees. Its location gives Canelas humid sub-tropical weather. Many people have been benefited with the natural resource of the forest and involved in logging. Estarreja Municipality
Estarreja (, ) is a municipality in Portugal. The population in 2011 was 26,997, in an area of 108.17 km2. It had 22,746 eligible voters in 2006. The only city in the municipality is Estarreja, which is in the urban parish of Beduido. The city itself has a population of approximately 7,000. It is built along the banks of the Antuã River, near the Ria de Aveiro. Estarreja is an important chemical industry centre, being the place where several industrial facilities of CUF are located. Canelas, Sanxenxo
Canelas is the denomination of a coastal place of Sanxenxo, Pontevedra, and the beach which the same name. It owes this name to the great quantity of canes that there exists. As the whole coastal zone of Pontevedra, Canelas has an oceanic climate characterized by abundant rains and soft temperatures. It is protected from the winds of the north, because the place is orientated towards the south. Waves are small enough, but with the arrival of temporary some they increase considerably, managing to be a place for the raw surfers, owed also to the rock absence in the center of the beach.
