Manuel De Castro
Manuel de Castro González (9 August 1885 – 27 August 1944), better known as Hándicap, was a Spanish sports journalist, football executive, manager, referee, and politician. He was one of the most important figures in the amateur beginnings of football in Vigo, being noted for his prominent role in promoting football in the city and as the fundamental head behind the foundation of Celta de Vigo in 1923. As a football executive, he held the presidency of the Galician Football Federation. As a coach, he managed both the Spain national team in ten games between 1921 and 1927, as well as the Galicia national team. And as a referee, he founded the College of Arbitrators of Galicia. He also promoted athletics, of which he also served as president of the Galician Athletics Federation. Francelino Pereira
Francelino Pereira dos Santos (2 July 1921 – 21 December 2017) was a Brazilian politician. From 1995 to 2003, he was a member of the Federal Senate. He served as Governor of Minas Gerais from 1979 to 1983 and as Deputy from 1963 to 1979. He was also the president of the National Renewal Alliance during the 1970s. Pereira was born on 2 July 1921 in Angical do Piauí. Pedro Pedrossian (13 August 1928 – 22 August 2017) was a Brazilian politician. A member of the Party of National Mobilization, he served two terms as the Governor of Mato Grosso do Sul. The first term (1980–83) was an appointed role, before being elected to office in 1991. His term ended in 1994. He also served as the governor of Mato Grosso between 1966 and 1971. He was born in Miranda, Mato Grosso do Sul. A civil engineer by profession, he graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, São Paulo. Frederico Campos
Frederico Carlos Soares Campos (11 April 1927 – 1 March 2021) was a Brazilian politician who twice served as mayor of his hometown, Cuiabá, and also served as the 45th governor of Mato Grosso. Biography Campos was the nephew of General Dilermando Gomes Monteiro. He was appointed Mayor of Cuiabá by Mato Grosso governor Pedro Pedrossian, serving from 1966 to 1969. He worked in the government of Governor from 1975 to 1978. That year, President Ernesto Geisel appointed him Governor of Mato Grosso, the 45th person to hold the position. In 1988, Campos won his first election to become Mayor of Cuiabá as a member of the Liberal Front Party, having held the seat 20 years earlier. In 2006, he ran unsuccessfully as a member of the Brazilian Labour Party to the Legislative Assembly of Mato Grosso.
