Dmytro Bulatov
Dmytro Serhiyovych Bulatov (; born August 13, 1978) is a Ukrainian civic activist who was the Minister of Youth and Sports during the first Yatsenyuk Government in 2014. Bulatov was the leader of the AutoMaidan, which was the mobile car-based arm of the anti-government Euromaidan movement. He was also in charge of the "Socially Responsible Society" NGO. Due to his activism, he was kidnapped and tortured outside the villas of the Ukrainian government and business figures. Biography Bulatov is a graduate of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. In 2001, he graduated from the Electronics Department with a degree in Engineering of Microelectronics and Semiconductor Devices. Erik Bulatov (; born September 5, 1933) is a Russian artist, who was raised in Moscow. His father was a communist party official who died in World War II at Pskov, and his mother fled Poland at age 15 in support of the Russian Revolution. Bulatov's works are in the major public and private collections in Europe, Russia, and United States. In 2008 Bulatov became an honorary member of the Russian Academy of Arts. Biography Early life Alexander was born to a family of Oryol nobility and was of Russian/Belarusian, French, Georgian, and Tatar descent. He studied in Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum, then served in the Hussar Leib Guard regiment. Military service In 1896, he was a member of the Russian mission of the Red Cross in Ethiopia, where he became a confidant of Negus Menelek II of Ethiopia. Viktor Gennadyevich Bulatov (; born 22 January 1972) is a Russian football coach and a former Russian international football player. He is the manager of Dynamo Kirov. Playing career Bulatov spent the prime years of his career at Spartak Moscow.
