Bradman Best (born 9 August 2001) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who plays as a for the Newcastle Knights in the National Rugby League (NRL). Background Best was born on the Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia and is of Indigenous Australian and Welsh descent. Best was educated at St Edward's College, East Gosford and he played his junior rugby league for the Woy Woy Roosters, before being signed by the Newcastle Knights. Best is the son of former Manly Warringah Sea Eagles and London Broncos player Roger Best. Wests Tigers
The Wests Tigers are an Australian professional rugby league football team, based in the Inner West and South West Sydney. They have competed in the National Rugby League since being formed at the end of the 1999 NRL season as a joint-venture club between the Balmain Tigers and the Western Suburbs Magpies. The Wests Tigers started playing in the 2000 NRL season and they won their maiden premiership in 2005. It is one of only two clubs (the other being the Newcastle Knights) that has never lost a Grand Final in which it has participated. The club also won the World Sevens in 2004. 2023 State Of Origin Series
The 2023 State of Origin series is the 42nd annual best-of-three series between the Queensland and New South Wales rugby league teams. Before this series, Queensland had won 23 times, NSW 16 times, with two series drawn. A hat-trick or hat trick is the achievement of a generally positive feat three times in a match, or another achievement based on the number three. The 2022 NRL season is the 115th season of professional rugby league in Australia and the 25th season run by the National Rugby League. Teams The lineup of teams remained unchanged for the 16th consecutive year. This became the second longest stretch of time (after 1947-1966 - 20 seasons) of a continuous line-up of teams in competition history (overtaking 1967-1981 - 15 seasons).
