Benjamín Solari Parravicini (August 8, 1898 – December 13, 1974) was an Argentine visual artist, known for his supposed psychic abilities to forecast future events. Among his claimed predictions were the launch of Sputnik 2, the advent of television, the development of artificial insemination, the September 11th terrorist attacks, the 1956 Suez Crisis, the Cuban Revolution and the rise of Fidel Castro, and many other historical events. Fabio Zerpa (4 December 1928, Rosario, Uruguay – 7 August 2019) was a Uruguayan actor, parapsychologist and UFO researcher. He resided in Argentina from 1951 on. Laika
Laika ( ; , ; – 3 November 1957) was a Soviet space dog who was one of the first animals in space and the first to orbit the Earth. A stray mongrel from the streets of Moscow, she flew aboard the Sputnik 2 spacecraft, launched into low orbit on 3 November 1957.
