Ben Sterling is a British DJ and electronic music producer from London. He has been described as "a leader of the UK’s new school" by ''Mixmag''. Career In 2019, Sterling made his debut on the label Hot Creations with the release of his EP, ''The Energy,'' marking a significant milestone in his career. The EP features features three tracks blending acid and tech house elements. Sterling's connection with the label stemmed from his previous release, ''Anonymous'' EP, on Josh Butler's label, which attracted attention from Jamie Jones. Sterling, who gained early recognition through his residency at London's Ministry of Sound, has been influenced by disco, modern electro, as well as Chicago house and Detroit techno. In September 2022, Sterling made his debut on the label Solid Grooves with the EP ''Uno Dos Tres''. Solomun (musician)
Mladen Solomun (born December 27, 1975), better known under his stage name Solomun, is a Bosnian-German DJ, producer and remixer. He is a four-time DJ Awards winner for Best Producer, Best DJ and Best Melodic House DJ. Musical career After Solomun was born in Travnik, Yugoslavia (today Bosnia and Herzegovina), he moved to Hamburg with his family, where he grew up. As a young boy, he worked for his father in construction. He later founded a small film production company with friends. He worked in film for about five years before pursuing a career in music. His cousin, who frequented nightclubs, brought him tapes whenever he came to town. These tapes showed Solomun that there is more to music than just commercial radio. Layo & Bushwacka! is the pseudonym of British Disc jockey, DJ duo Layo Paskin and Matthew Benjamin, who released four tech house albums between 1998 and 2012. Layo Paskin Paskin, from London, began his DJ career at the age of sixteen while working at Camden Market. Not long after, he began DJing at Acid house party, warehouse parties with Mr. C. Amnesia is a nightclub on the Spanish island of Ibiza. It opened in 1976 and won the title of Best Global Club in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011 at the IDMA, IDMA Awards in Miami. DC10 is a nightclub located in Ibiza on the Carretera of Salinas. It started during the 90s as a music bar and began with a license for just 80 people, opened by two Spanish brothers, Deogracias lara Moreno and Antonio Lara Moreno. In 1999, Italian promoters Antonio Carbonaro and Andrea Pelino joined in force, becoming partner at DC10, and creating the Circoloco brand, which would soon become the Monday event during each Ibiza season. The Warehouse Project is a series of club nights organised in Greater Manchester, England, since 2006. Unlike most other clubs, it has a limited seasonal approach rather than running all year. Each year's season runs from September through to New Year's Day, plus occasional one off dates such as Bank Holiday weekends. This period corresponds with the busiest time of the year and the student calendar.
