Zee Bangla
Zee Bangla is an Indian Bengali-language general entertainment pay television channel owned by Zee Entertainment Enterprises. History The channel was launched on 15 September 1999 as ''Alpha TV Bangla'', along with Alpha TV Marathi, Alpha TV Telugu and Alpha TV Punjabi. It was the first Bengali-language satellite television channel in India. On 19 June 2011, all Zee channels rebranded with a new logo which was like number two instead of alphabet Z. In 2019, Samrat Ghosh became the head of the channel. The channel's new graphics was revealed during ''Sa Re Ga Ma Pa'' on 7 October 2018. In February 2020, it was one of the largest Bengali-language television channels in India by viewership. Wangla is a Market Center in Sandhikharka Municipality of Arghakhanchi District in the Lumbini Zone of southern Nepal. The former village development committee (VDC) was converted into a municipality on 18 May 2014 by merging the existing Sandhikharka, Wangla, Narapani, Khanchikot, Keemadada, Argha and Dibharna VDCs. ''Bangla La serie'' is an Italian comedy romance television series created for RaiPlay by Emanuele Scaringi, who wrote the script along with Phaim Bhuiyan and Vanessa Picciarelli. Scaringi directed the series, along with Phaim Bhuiyan, the latter of whom directed the prequel film ''Bangla''. The series was produced by Laura Paolucci and Domenico Procacci of Fandango along with Rai Fiction. The series was filmed across Rome, mostly shot in Tor Pignattara, where the director and main cast Bhuiyan was born. Some clips of the ending episode was filmed on Fiumicino Airport. Bangla is a folk-rock band from Bangladesh formed by the popular Indie (music), indie musician Shayan Chowdhury Arnob in 1999. Bangla mainly blends the traditional Bangladeshi folk genres like Baul, Lalon together with western flavours like jazz, blues, rock music, rock etc. The band released its first album ''Kingkortobbobimurho'' in 2002. Over the years, the band has emerged as a prominent music group in the country and became one of the most sought after bands, especially among the urban youth listeners.
