Bafra
Bafra is a municipality and Districts of Turkey, district of Samsun Province, Turkey. Covering about 1,500 km2, and with over 140,000 inhabitants it is a settlement located from the Black Sea, in the fertile Kızılırmak Delta. The Bafra Plain is famous in Turkey for its rich soil and high quality tobacco growing conditions. The city is well known in Turkey for its ice cream, cigarettes, tobacco and agricultural produce. The city is located 52 km northwest of Samsun and is connected by State road D.010 (Turkey), State road D.010. Kızılırmak Delta
The River delta, delta of the Kızılırmak River in Turkey's Black Sea region is the third largest in the country. Formed where the river flows into the Black Sea the delta has the biggest wetland in the region, with many lagoons. Samsun
Samsun is a List of largest cities and towns in Turkey, city on the north coast of Turkey and a major Black Sea port. The urban area recorded a population of 738,692 in 2022. Atakum
Atakum is a municipality and district of Samsun Province, Turkey. Its area is 351 km2, and its population is 242,171 (2022). Atakum is a largely middle class suburban district located to the west of the primary city of Samsun and further suburban Ondokuzmayıs. The city's population expanded rapidly beginning in the 1990s and continues to grow at a healthy pace. The city consists largely of middle class housing blocks with ground floor retail and a mix of office uses. In 2009, the city undertook a significant waterfront redevelopment campaign which entailed the construction of a beachfront and pedestrian promenade. Gadilon
Gadilon (), also known as Gazelon (Γαζηλών), and possibly Helega, was a town in the north-west of ancient Pontus, in a fertile plain between the Halys River and Amisus. From this town the whole district received the name of ''Gadilonitis'', which is probably the right form, which must, perhaps, be restored in two passages of Strabo, in one of which the common reading is ''Galaouitis'' (Γαλαουῖτις), and in the other ''Gazelotos'' (Γαζηλωτός). Köppen Climate Classification
The Köppen climate classification divides Earth climates into five main climate groups, with each group being divided based on patterns of seasonal precipitation and temperature.
