Azores Ladies Open
The Azores Ladies Open was a women's professional golf tournament on the LET Access Series, held between 2011 and 2017 in the Azores, an Autonomous Region of Portugal. The tournament was the first LET Access Series event to be staged in Portugal. Sponsored by the Azores Tourist Board, it was held three times at Campo de Golf de Batalha in Ponta Delgada on São Miguel Island, home to the Azores Senior Open, and three times on Terceira Island Terceira () is a volcanic island in the Azores archipelago, in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean. The 2012 LET Access Series was a series of professional women's golf tournaments held from March through November 2012 across Europe. The LET Access Series is the second-tier women's professional golf tour in Europe and is the official developmental tour of the Ladies European Tour. Tournament results The table below shows the 2012 schedule. The numbers in brackets after the winners' names show the number of career wins they had on the LET Access Series up to and including that event. Order of Merit rankings The top three players on the Order of Merit earned LET membership for the Ladies European Tour. Mireia Prat
Mireia Prat Caballería (born 14 October 1989) is a Spanish professional golfer and Ladies European Tour player. She won the 2013 LETAS Order of Merit. Amateur career Prat hails from Torelló in the Province of Barcelona, and started playing golf at the age of nine. She enjoyed an amateur career where she representing Spain at the international level. She was part of the Spanish team that finished fifth at the 2007 European Girls' Team Championship. She played in the European Ladies' Team Championship three times. In 2009, her team finished fourth. In 2010, she had the best individual stroke play score alongside Camilla Lennarth and Spain lost the final to Sweden 4–3, after Prat was beaten in the singles by Lennarth on the 19th hole. In 2011, Spain again lost the final to Sweden, this time 5–2, and Prat lost her single match in the final to Amanda Sträng, 3 and 1. Isi Gabsa
Isabell "Isi" Gabsa (born 7 June 1995) is a German professional golfer who currently plays on the LPGA Tour. Amateur career Gabsa was member of the National Team and represented Germany at the European Girls' Team Championship in 2011 and 2012, where her team finished 4th and 6th respectively. Professional career Gabsa turned professional after she qualified for the LET in December 2012, at seventeen the youngest German player at the time to do so. She struggled on the LET but had better success in LET Access Series events, and finished runner up at the 2013 Azores Ladies Open and solo third at the 2014 HLR Golf Academy Open in Finland. Fabienne In-Albon
Fabienne In-Albon (born 5 September 1986) is a Swiss professional golfer. In-Albon played college golf at Purdue University for one year. And then finished her Bachelor Degree in Sport Management in Australia at the International College of Management Sydney ICMS. In-Albon turned professional in 2012 and played on the LET Access Series (LETAS). On the 2013 LETAS, she won the Azores Ladies Open and finished 5th on the Order of Merit to earn her Ladies European Tour card for 2014. In-Albon has played on the Ladies European Tour since 2014. Tonje Frydenberg Daffinrud (born 19 September 1991) is a retired Norwegian professional golfer. She played on the Ladies European Tour between 2015 and 2021, and represented Norway at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Amateur career As a junior, Daffinrud represented Europe at the 2009 Junior Solheim Cup. She also represented the Norwegian National Team at the European Ladies' Team Championship and Espirito Santo Trophy. Krista Bakker
Krista Bakker (born 24 December 1993) is a Finnish professional golfer who plays on the Ladies European Tour (LET). In the Aramco Team Series, she won the 2021 Jeddah team event with Emily Kristine Pedersen and Hannah Burke, and became the first player to win back-to-back in the series when she won the 2022 Bangkok team event with Whitney Hillier and Chonlada Chayanun. Career Bakker was born in Espoo, Finland. In 2007, at age 13, she started in the Ladies Finnish Open and in 2011 she made her first LET start at the Dutch Ladies Open. Karolin Lampert
Karolin Lampert (born 20 February 1995) is a German professional golfer and member of the Ladies European Tour. She was part of the winning team Johanna Gustavsson at the 2022 Aramco Team Series – New York. Amateur career Lampert was a member of the National Team from 2008. With the team, she came second in the 2012 Espirito Santo Trophy, the world amateur team golf championship for women.
