Asafo Aumua
Asafo Junior Aumua (; born 5 May 1997) is a New Zealand professional rugby union player who plays as a hooker for the Hurricanes in Super Rugby and Wellington in the Bunnings NPC. Early life Asafo Junior Aumua was born on 5 May 1997 in Wellington, the son of Tautua and Lisa Aumua. The Aumua family are of Samoan descent. Growing up in Naenae, he attended Naenae Intermediate School and St. Patrick's College Silverstream. While at secondary school, Aumua was chosen to play for Silverstream first XV at the age of fifteen. He spent three years representing the side, winning two regional sevens titles and was a part of two unbeaten runs through the round robin of the WelTec premiership. In the game of rugby union, there are 15 players on each team, comprising eight forwards (wearing jerseys numbered 1–8) and seven backs (numbered 9–15). Leni Chris Anitoni Apisai (born 8 March 1996) is a New Zealand rugby union player who currently plays as a hooker for in New Zealand's domestic Mitre 10 Cup and the in the international Super Rugby competition. Early career Born in the town of Porirua in the greater Wellington metropolitan area, Apisai was educated at Aotea College in his hometown before later moving to Wellington College where he played first XV rugby. During his high school years, he turned out for at age group level and captained their under-16 side. The Hawke's Bay Rugby Union (HBRU) is the governing body of rugby union in the Hawke's Bay region of New Zealand. The union is based in Napier. 2016 Mitre 10 Cup
The 2016 Mitre 10 Cup season was the eleventh season of New Zealand's provincial rugby union competition since it turned professional in 2006. The regular season began on August 18, when North Harbour (National Provincial Championship), North Harbour hosted Counties Manukau (National Provincial Championship), Counties Manukau. It involved the top fourteen rugby unions of New Zealand. For sponsorship reasons, the competition was known as the Mitre 10 (New Zealand), Mitre 10 Cup and it was the first season under the lead sponsor. A hat-trick or hat trick is the achievement of a generally positive feat three times in a match, or another achievement based on the number three.
