However, the construction never happened by lack of funds. The station was built and opened by CPTM on 10 January 1998, named ''Lageado''. On 19 August 1998, it was renamed to Antonio Gianetti Neto. Side Platform
A side platform (also known as a marginal platform or a single-face platform) is a railway platform, platform positioned to the side of one or more railway tracks or guideways at a railway station, tram stop, or bus rapid transit, transitway. Guaianases is a train station on CPTM Line 11-Coral, located in the limits between Lajeado and Guaianases districts, both in the East Side São Paulo. History In 1987, Governor-elect Orestes Quércia orders to the São Paulo Metropolitan Company a study about the expansion of Metro East-West Line towards Guaianazes. The study results say that just a line expansion would cause its collapse because of overcrowding, indicating that the ideal solution would be revitalize the railway administrated by CBTU. Contradicting studies, Quércia launched the construction on 14 October of that same year. Ferraz de Vasconcelos is a train station on CPTM Line 11-Coral, located in the city of Ferraz de Vasconcelos. History The station was built by Santa Branca Farm, owner of Romanópolis company and delivered to Estrada de Ferro Central do Brasil (EFCB) on 29 July 1926. It was named Ferraz de Vasconcelos after José Ferraz de Vasconcellos, chief of 2nd Traffic District of EFCB, who died in 1924.
